Work Experience, Wednesday week 2!
The first job when I got to the office was writing up my blog. Then I helped Jan do the accounts for the money Dancewise took the night before.
After that I added a new family to the database and sent them a welcome email, then we did some invoicing.
Then I had lunch, and then we emailed the parents of the children who are dancing in Marchwood Fete on Saturday. Next I helped Jan mark off the costumes which had been returned.
After finishing with the costumes, I cut to size some timetables and dates for events coming up for Dancewise. Then we set everything up and sat in on Alison teaching – the classes included Street and Tap.
