      Hi Kerrie

We’re delighted to let you know that we are able to start our exciting adult irish class at Dancewise Studios, Hythe on Thursday 12th September 7:30pm – 8:30pm. We hope this works for your schedule and can’t wait to meet you!

Our hour long classes are £23.85 per month with no minimum tie in – if you’d like to stop at any time, just let us know. We also have 100% money back guarantee so if you don’t absolutely love your class we’ll refund your money in full – simple!

We’d like to offer you priority enrollment for it – simply call the office on 023 8001 9845 to reserve your place – as we’re starting mid-way through the month, the first month will cost £18.26, and then the normal £23.85 in following months.

Wear anything you can move in easily with ballet or jazz shoes if you have them or bare feet/socks if not. If you also have tap shoes, bring them along, if not, any hard soled shoes will do the trick! If you enjoy the class and want to purchase the correct footwear at any point, just let us know and one of our team will be able to help you. Do bring a drink as Irish dance is amazingly good cardio so you will sweat (and laugh) a lot!

      Best wishes

      Alison

  26. Rachael Miller says:

    Hi there,

I wondered if you were still running an adult beginner class? In a much earlier post you mentioned Shirley? I did a bit of Irish dancing as a child but have not done any dancing since I am now 24 and looking for something fun and active to do.

    Many thanks

    Rachael

    • Miss Alison says:

      Hi Rachael

Thanks for your message and interest in Dancewise Studios!

We run excellent Irish Dance classes, which we’d love to tell you about. They are all based in our purpose-built studios in Hythe which is just 12 minutes from central Southampton.

Irish dance is what our studio was built on, and is something that we hold very close to our heart. We teach the modern, theatrical form of the dance to everything from the music from the hit Lord of the Dance through to Dubstep. On a Thursday at 19:30 we have an adult Irish class. This covers the foundations of theatrical Irish dance, the style found in Riverdance, Lord of the Dance and the other touring Irish shows. You get a chance to learn both soft shoe and the iconic hard shoe style, from one of the original cast of Celtic Dreams. This is a relatively new class and has a wonderful positive vibe. The class is always full of laughter, and all for the right reasons.

But enough about us, tell me a bit more about you and what you need – what are you looking to get out of the class? This helps to paint a picture of your needs from our classes, and helps us to make sure we recommend the perfect class for you.

We are very proud of the experience we offer at Dancewise Studios and are confident you’ll have a great time in whichever class you choose, however to make things easier we encourage people to try before you buy with one of our Free Trials. These need to be booked in advance, however, once this is done you are set to come along and dance for free. We make sure we are available to welcome you when you arrive and show you round, introduce you to your teacher and answer any last minute questions you may have on the day. Then we meet you from your class to see how it went and talk you through the enrollment process if that was something you were interested in doing.

To take advantage of a free trial in any of the classes above call us on our office line, 023 8001 9845, and let our knowledgeable and friendly office team take care of the rest. We’d love to hear from you!

If you have any more questions in the meantime or need a bit more info to help you make up your mind we’re on hand to help out, 023 8001 9845.

      Best wishes

      Alison
